We are an independent family-run Real Estate company located in Cape Town, South Africa, specialising in the sale and rental of residential and commercial properties in the Deep South. These areas stretch from Marina da Gama, Lakeside, Muizenberg and down to Kalk Bay, Fish Hoek, Clovelly, Glencairn, Sunvalley and Noordhoek.

Adriaan Latsky is the Principal Agent who founded the company over 20 years ago. He with his wife, Denise Latsky specialised in Marina da Gama for many years before branching out further into the Deep South. Adriaan’s business savy and personable down-to-earth repertoire has built valuable trust and longstanding relationships with his customers. They still have strong connections to their clients after all these years.

Shannon Butler specialises in rentals and sales in all of the above mentioned areas. She strives to provide excellent customer service with integrity, honesty and a no nonsense approach.
